En anglais: 1,6 16v engine block. The pistons have a curved top on this engine to give higher compression. We needed to cut out in the pistons to make room for the valves, so there is very high compression together with the ax sport top. The crankshaft and flywheel have been lightened and balanced. The inlet ports on the top have been ported to maximum and the exhaust ports have been polished very shiny. The valves have been modified with matching valve seats. We have used a Catcams camshaft with high lift and an adjustable camshaft wheel. The inlet manifold have been ported also and the carburettors have been fitted with new jets and adjusted on a rolling road. We have used a Raceland 4-2-1 exhaust manifold and have built a stainless steel exhaust with big bore.
